ITINERARY

Day 1 - Warsaw
Arrival in Warsaw, individual check-in at the Jan III Sobieski Hotel. Welcome dinner. Overnight in Warsaw.

Day 2 - Warsaw - Wilanów Palace
City tour of Warsaw including Old Town and Royal Castle. Lunch en route. Afternoon visit to Wilanów Palace, often hailed as the “Polish Versailles.” Set among stately English and French gardens, the building's interiors are ornately decorated with treasures of the Italian, French and Polish Baroque. Dinner. Overnight in Warsaw.

Day3 - Warsaw - Lidzbark Warmiński - Malbork
Depart for Lidzbark Warminski to see the best-surviving castle of the Warmia region as well as the 14th century fortified Gothic cathedral at Frombork, where the famed astronomer Copernicus spent the latter part of his life. Dinner and overnight at the imposing medieval fortress of Malbork, built by the crusading Teutonic Knights, which held sway over the region centuries ago.

Day 4 - Malbork - Peplin - Toruń
Morning exploration of Malbork Castle. Drive via Peplin and visit the Basilica and have lunch. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Spichrz.

Day 5 - Toruń - Biskupin - Gniezno
Morning city tour of Torun's marvelous Gothic architecture includes the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus on St. Anne's Street. Study the Old Town Square and 14th century Town Hall. Old country feast in the Tavern. Drive to Gniezno via Biskupin. In the afternoon sightseeing of Gniezno. Dinner and overnight in Gniezno.

Day 6 - Gniezno - Poznań - Kórnik - Wrocław
After breakfast drive to Poznan for short city tour. Lunch. Visit Kórnik Palace on the way to Wrocław. The castle in Kórnik, was owned at different times by the Górka, Działyński and Zamoyski families, and was altered in the middle of the last century to the English Gothic style we see today.
Overnight and dinner in Wrocław .

Day 7 - Wrocław
After breakfast city tour of Wroclaw including Panorama Racławicka. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight and dinner in Wroclaw.

Day 8 - Wrocław - Paszkówka
Departure for Paszkówka near Krakow. En Route, visit to Auschwitz. Dinner and overnight in Paszkówka Palace.

Day 9 - Paszkówka - Kraków -Wieliczka - Paszkówka
After breakfast sightseeing of Kraków including journey to Wawel Hill, the seat of Poland's monarchy for over 500 years.. The city tour includes Europe's largest medieval market square, the Cloth Hall, and Wit Stwosz's master-piece carvings at St. Mary's Church. Afternoon visit to Wieliczka Salt Mine. Dinner. Overnight at Paszkówka.

Day 10 - Paszkówka - Wiśnicz - Lańcut - Baranów Sandomierski
Depart for Wiśnicz, the home of bygone patron Stanisław Lubomirski. Continue to Łańcut, whose carefully restored interiors are the perfect backdrop for one of the most diverse art collections in Poland today. Lunch. Overnight and dinner at the Renaissance castle at Baranow Sandomierski, now a museum richly decorated with murals and stuccowork.

Day 11 - Baranów Sandomierski - Sandomierz - Warsaw
After the morning tour of Baranów Castle, depart for Warsaw. En route visit to Sandomierz. Overnight in Le Regina Hotel . Farewell dinner.

Day 12 - Warsaw
After breakfast, Individual departures.
